Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with us. Last updated 9 October 2026.

Using this site

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access other customers' information, or copy content for commercial use.

Products and pricing

We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and small variations in print or bead placement are normal in this kind of product. Prices are shown in US dollars and can change without notice.

If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfill it.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if we cannot verify payment, or if we suspect fraud.

Returns

Returns are handled under our returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All product designs, photography, text and artwork on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Product suitability

Our plush items are decorative products for adults and are not toys. They are not intended for children and do not carry children's product safety certification.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply at our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms affects consumer rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.
