Orders
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, if it has not shipped. Email us with the order number as soon as you can. Once a tracking number is issued, the order has left and we cannot pull it back.
Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
Yes. Enter the shipping address separately at checkout. Gift orders ship without a price on the packing slip.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Items over $15 already arrive in gift-ready packaging with tissue and a blank card, so no wrapping is needed. There is a card message field at checkout.
Shipping
When will my order arrive?
Allow 7 to 15 business days from order to delivery for the contiguous 48 states. All orders ship tracked from our warehouse in Zhengzhou, China. Please allow extra days around Chinese New Year and the Christmas peak.
How much is shipping?
Free to the contiguous 48 states on orders of $30 or more. Below $30 it is a flat $4.99. Alaska and Hawaii are $18 flat and do not qualify for free shipping.
I am in Alaska or Hawaii. How do I order?
Email [email protected] before ordering and we will send a PayPal invoice with the $18 shipping already included, so you only pay once.
Where do you ship?
The contiguous 48 US states, plus Alaska and Hawaii. We cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or APO/FPO addresses, and we do not ship outside the United States yet.
Do I pay customs or duties?
Orders are declared accurately and most small parcels of this value clear without a charge. If a customs fee does apply, it is the buyer's responsibility. We never mark parcels as gifts to avoid duty.

Is your plush suitable for children?
No. Our plush is a decorative item for adults and is not sold as a children's product. It does not carry children's product safety certification, so please keep it away from young children.
Will the gold plating wear off my jewelry?
It is plated over brass, which holds up well if you keep it dry. Take it off before showering, swimming or the gym and it will stay gold for a long time.
Do your notebooks work with gel pens?
Yes. The journal paper is 100gsm, which is thick enough that gel ink and fine-tip marker do not bleed through to the reverse side.
Are your hair clips safe for fine hair?
Yes. The springs are light tension and the edges are smoothed, so they hold fine hair without creasing or pulling on the way out.
Returns
What is your return window?
30 days from delivery, unused and in the original packaging. We do not charge a restocking fee.
My item arrived damaged. What now?
Email us a photo and your order number. We replace damaged items at no cost and cover the return shipping.
