Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Zhengzhou, China to customers in the United States. Here is exactly what to expect, including the delivery time, so you can plan around it.
Delivery time
7 to 15 business days from order to delivery, for the contiguous 48 states. That covers packing, the international flight, customs clearance and the final domestic leg.
Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude US public holidays and Chinese public holidays. Please add a few days if you order during Chinese New Year or the week of Black Friday and Christmas, when carriers are at their busiest.

The correct shipping is added automatically at checkout for the contiguous 48 states. If you are in Alaska or Hawaii, email us before you order and we will send you a PayPal invoice with the $18 shipping included, so you never pay twice.
Where we ship
We ship to the contiguous 48 US states, plus Alaska and Hawaii.
We are not able to ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, or APO/FPO (military) addresses. If you are ordering from one of those, email us and we will tell you if there is another way.
We do not ship outside the United States yet.
Tracking
Every order ships tracked. You get a tracking number by email, usually within two business days of ordering. Tracking sometimes takes a day or two to show its first scan, especially while the parcel is clearing the international leg.
If tracking has not moved for more than five business days, email us and we will open a case with the carrier.
Customs and duties
Orders are declared accurately. US import rules currently allow most small personal parcels of this value without duty, but if your order does attract a customs charge, it is the buyer's responsibility. We will never mark a parcel as a gift to avoid it.
Packaging
Small items ship in a padded mailer, larger orders in a box. Gift orders arrive with tissue and a blank card, with no price anywhere on the packing slip.
