We answer every email with a real reply, usually within one business day, Monday through Friday.

Where to send what

• Order questions and changes — email [email protected] with your order number in the subject line.
• Product questions — ask about sizing, materials or whether something suits a particular use. We would rather answer before you buy.
• Returns and exchanges — see the returns policy first, then email us with the order number and what you would like to do.
• Bulk and corporate orders — email with the item, quantity and date you need it by, and we will come back with pricing and timing.

Response times

Emails sent Monday to Friday are usually answered the same day. Weekend emails get a reply on Monday. If you have not heard back in two business days, check your spam folder and then email again — it means we did not see it.

How we work

Pocket of Joys is an online-only shop, so there is no storefront to visit. Every order is placed through this website and shipped straight to you. If you need our postal address for a return or a formal notice, email [email protected] and we will send it within one business day.
